Quiet Time

Gone from home for three weeks
Wonderful holidays and birthdays
Shared with family and friends
Missed my daily sanctuary quiet time

Back home and falling into routine
Up around 8: and make coffee
Climb the stairs to my “sanctuairee”
Spend time with Jesus and His Word

Spend time with David Jeremiah
Spend time with Guideposts devotionals
Spend quiet time with God in prayer
Ask God to be with each of you

Meditate with “All God’s Creatures”
Contemplate love and life with Bob Goff
Compare scriptures with Eugene Peterson
“The Message” paraphrasing inspires me

What’s your favorite way to spend
Quiet time?
Do you carve out space for it
everyday?

Where?

When?

With whom?

Regardless of when, where, and with whom,
May your day always include space for
Quiet Time

Pray with me, will you?
For all those who are in distress:
the homeless, the sick, the frightened,
the lonely,
those who feel helpless or hopeless.
“Bee” the Light.
Shine His Light
wherever you go in this world.
Lord, help us to reach out
and
to love as You love!
Amen

God bless You!
Love,
JanBeek

Love “The Message” as a resource! Quiet time is invaluable in fostering and furthering Jesus’ message to love. Love your example! Dana

  2. Jan, I read all of this on my phone and jumped here on my IPad to comment. What a beautiful and wise post. Like you, I’m so happy to begin my “intentional” time immersed in divine perspective (leaders like you choose, too!), quiet time with our Heavenly Father, time in nature and with family to my “sanctuary” in the woods. I join you in prayer for those experiencing such loss and devastation. I’m happy to hear you are safe at home. God bless you both! ❤️🙏

  3. Jan you have my prayers my friend… And yes so many in destress. I have a great niece who is only 20 this week going for a mastectomy… So prayers have been prominent at this time… Her name is Jessica…. So if you could please add your prayers I would also be very grateful Jan…

And I think your quiet time could not be better spent Jan…. Welcome back home to your routine and daily quiet time…

MUCH love dear Jan xx <3

    • Jessica will be in my prayers. Life is so full of challenges, isn’t it?

      • Bless you and thank you.. and yes…. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer aged 17.. The youngest in England .. She underwent Chemo and a small opp back then… Now it has returned… So your prayers Jan are very much appreciated xx Thank you… <3

Five years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, doctors told me it was inoperable and treatment wasn’t promising. I came upon a report that gave me hope. Fenbendazole, in Merck Safeguard, a dog dewormer, found at pet stores. It killed my cancer in 5 months of daily use. Look it up online. Fenbendazole and human cancer. Read the articles. As a cancer warrior (not a mere survivor), slay the disease of our species. Causes the disruption of the tumors ability to feed itself. It starves to death. Yet doctors won’t tell you about it because the $200 billion dollar a year industry would collapse. All the treatment centers, university med schools, the nonprofit NGOs that annually take your donation moneys and deliver nothing. Usurped by a dog dewormer with a total treatment cost of $600.

Exactly the message we need to hear everyday. Thank you

    • Thank YOU! Let’s continue to seek that quiet time and use it to hear what God has to say to us as we speak from a heart of love and compassion to Him!

  6. The images, the messages, and the prayer; exuberance, beautifully inspiring, and compassionately composed! Love to you, Jan <3 ~ Always 😀

  7. Early morning is my time to read and study God’s Word. It’s rewarding to be up and moving before the sun is even thinking of cresting over the horizon. God’s peace be with Jan each and every morning in your sanctuary.
