Spreading love, joy, peace, faith & unity

My fellow blogger
Parted with her dog today
Lived a long fourteen

I have had to part
With more than one furry friend
It’s never easy

Send condolences
To my grieving friend, Rachel
Today’s a tough one

Farewell to Cricket
But only for a short time
We’ll all meet again!

Check out Rachel’s blog here…

Cricket’s Last Weeks

Rest in peace, Cricket.
When I get to the pearly gates,
I will expect to see my furry friends
who have gone on before me
Jumping with glee to meet me.
If not, I’ll keep moving on
Cuz I’ll know I haven’t reached
The right gate yet!!

Happy TazE

Every day we miss our pup
She was a darling Boston
Was great company

Going for trail rides
Was just not the same without
Her cheerful presence.

Can you sympathize with Rachel today?

Rest in Peace!!

I understand the loss of a good friend. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss my dalmatian. Nearly 20 years he’s been gone, but not forgotten. As a Catholic, I was once told God doesn’t allow animals in heaven. So I guess I’ll be looking for another gate also.

  2. So sensitive, Jan

  3. Thank you Jan for sharing this special post. I have family members who have lost pets after a long life with the family.

  4. My heart goes out to you and your family. My Mom, JanBeek, asked that we wrote to you. A few years ago I had to put my furry daughter of 12 to sleep after a long illness and it was the hardest thing I’ve never done in my life. Courage….DeAna Solioz – sending warm hugs from Switzerland. xoxo

  5. Cricket is adorable. I’m so sorry for your loss 🙏🏻🤍

I have quite a few playing on the other side of the Pearly Gates — wouldn’t it be great if they run into Cricket on their adventures?
