Thursday Beauty

The day was bright and sunny

Traveling from Ennis to Bozeman along the Madison River
I happily wait for Bob as he gets a haircut
Our “Bonus Daughter,” Laina, has a pretty day in Maryland, too.
And DeDe, our daughter in Switzerland, sent a picture of the scene from her balcony this morning.
Laina is enjoying time with her grandson…
While DeDe is reading to her grandson … so cute!
Meantime, Bob’s Diggin’ in to our wonderful lunch at Dave’s Sushi
Don’t you wish you’d had this delightful Thursday with us?

How did you spend your day!?

Love, JanBeek ❤️

Per my usual routine, I donated blood to the red cross. Finally someone who can do it in one jab. Afterwards I did some work around the house as Alice went to the library. No work for me for a while as I finished the feed barn for fish food. Everyone there at the hatchery loves it for the looks, the convenience and biosecurity. We also built a screen, rather than my idea of a floating net pen for the fry. Not my idea, it was the manager’s idea. So I sit and wait as the owner’s debate when we build the new hatchery. I “suggested” that running to failure with thousands of immature fish puts all the risk on the owners for a catastrophic loss. But, people without direct aquatic knowledge, skills and education, don’t understand what they don’t know. It’s ok. I’m at peace. I’ve said multiple prayers for the fish. But, I wore a T-shirt all day, so it was at least 50 degrees F outside. I spoke with my wrestling friends by phone today. So in my corner of the world, things couldn’t be better. Love seeing the Beek’s out and about. God bless us all.
