I have a good friend –
(Well, I have more than one friend)
But one makes me laugh.
She sends funny memes,
And she shares off-color jokes –
Never toooo naughty!
“Uh-huh”
“uh-oh!”
Watch your ego!
“Oh-no!”
who sends pictures of her sunrise,
and let’s me know she has
me in her morning prayers.
and keep her in prayer, too.
This morning it was no laughing matter,
the smoke in our valley is hiding the sun.

That’s not shared humor…
but it makes me chuckle!
And smile with reciprocated love.
