Think Positive Thoughts

The following quote
– a Chinese proverb –
INSPIRES me to remember
the IMPORTANCE
of shared happiness:

“If you want happiness for an hour –
take a nap.
If you want happiness for a day,
go fishing.
If you want happiness for a year,
inherit a fortune.
If you want happiness for a lifetime,
help someone else.”

We all are INTERCONNECTED, you know.

Here is an Invitation to Inspire someone else.

Blog of the Year Award

 For

Blog of the year

I nominate

Blog of the Year Award 1 star jpegThoughtsfromanAmericanWoman blog was started nearly two years ago by a breast cancer survivor who at “nearly 50 years” of age has “found [her] purpose,” or … “God has been gently directing [her] and … stilled [her] soul to not only hear His voice but to listen to His Word.” As a result, hers is one of the most inspirational blogs on WordPress (in my humble opinion).  Misifusa {The Presents of Presence} originally nominated her. This is my “second” to the nomination. Each person who “seconds” it allows an additional star to be added to the award on anamericanwoman’s blogsite. Check it out! Also check out the sites she nominated. They are, according to the original nomination acceptance message,  blogs that “touched [her] life in a wonderful way.” May they also touch yours.
