He challenges us with today’s action step:
“Engage the people around you with love and inexplicable curiosity today.”
Time with Saskia & Laszlo is so precious!
I need to be sure and practice “With-ness” with them. God sent them to us so we could really BE with one another.
Who are you going to really be with today? Bob Goff uses Galatians 6:10 to remind us of Jesus’ words to the people: “So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone.”
Let them know you are 100% with them … and curious about how life is going with them.

All too many people, never learn what life is about, until it’s over. Many people I meet, have gone through life letting life just happen to them rather than living life. I learned that, when God hit me over the head four times in a span of a year. I have always loved my life, and my closeness to God and my relationship with Alice. But through all of this, I’m surrounded by people passing through their lives with no thought to the great gift of life. God knew us long before we were born. God teaches us to love. God teaches us to live. Yet, why do people waste their lives. I have been told, Peter, this is their choice, don’t place your values on them. You live your life your way, and let them live their life their way. Ok. Fair enough. But what about the world we live in. Others may be choosing how our life ends without our consent. Then what? I can only hope, that as I listen to God’s voice, I can find happiness along the way.
I love this, Jan!!! I want to practice “withness ” with anyone God sends my way ! The world needs more of you, Jan! I love Bob Goff’s books and the verse hits straight to the heart ♥️. God bless you and yours! And Kenny!!
