The bench is waiting
Make a picnic lunch and come
You’re good company
Look for me to join
With you and a few good friends
Cherish the friendships
Come and sit a spell
We don’t need to be hurried
Feel how love abounds
Let’s talk about love
I’ve read “Love Walked Among Us”
Paul Miller is great
What are you reading?
Let’s share a “Book Talk” today
Come and sit a spell
Hugs,
JanBeek

I’m reading “Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service” by Gary Sinese. It’s great! He tells about how his role as Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump inspired him to commit to a life of service and establish the “Gary Sinise Foundation”.
Wow! That sounds like one I need to check out!
Looks a beautiful place for picnic Jan and meet up with friends.. Thank you for the invite and your lovely poetry xx Sending Lot of warm hugs your way xx xx
Warm hugs received. Thank you, Sue!

I just finished Liz Gauffreau’s novel, The Weight of Snow and Regret! It is great!!
Sounds fascinating!
Yes, it really is great!
I also read Gary Sinise’s book. He’s done so much for military and veterans. I am looking forward to moving down to Sierre where I will be able to read by a cozy fire. Only four days to go before we close for good! I know exactly where that photo was taken. We walked Kenny there!
Yay! Reading by a cozy fire sounds like a wonderful thing to look forward to!
I’m reading England in the Eighteenth Century by Roy Porter. I’ll review it when I’ve finished, but I can say it is more readable than some.
You& Bob have that love of history in common!
