On his blog, RothPoetry, Dwight posted this today,
“Today we were asked to write poetry from our book shelf. Bjorn, at d’Verse, called it found poetry. The challenge is to arrange and make a poem using book titles from our shelf, without changing any titles. I thought these were a very fitting group for the times we are experiencing. See what you think?
Found Poetry
Violence
Money, Sex, and Power
The Brilliant Idiot
Dialogue with death”
So I thought it would be fun to take up the challenge and do my own “Found Poem.”
I’m OK – You’re OK
Faith is the Answer

Thanks Jan for the shout out! I really like you found poem from your book shelf!
Thank you, Dwight. My bookshelf is full of encouragement! <3
I got rid of a lot of my books when we moved to this area. Only a few essential ones left.
I didn’t click “like” because I need a “sad” button. I understand down-sizing. But books? Hmmm…
There comes a time….
I love Dwight’s blog. I really like both of your poems! I’m on my way backwards in my Reader so I’ll get his way soon!
