It was a snowy, blowy day –
How the wind blew!
How the trees shook!
How the temperatures dropped!
It was a calm and blue-sky day –
How the icicles hung!
How the snow sparkled!
How the birds sang!
It was an emerging, awakening day –
How the earth breathed!
How the buds swelled!
How the world smiled in relief!
Spring is here!!

Praise God!
The daffodil tells us
The welcomed change
is here at last!

Have a Beautiful spring day.
Thanks for visiting JanBeek.

I do, too. Ours is late and short-lived. So we really count the days and appreciate each one.

Fall is beautiful up north. However in FL once things start dying off in fall and winter my depression deepens due to those 2 seasons although the coll weather is a nice reprove. I love spring and continued color of summer. However the summer heat & humidity is exhausting.

I’m with you! I love springtime the most. The dying off of things in fall is enough to make anyone depressed… unless we concentrate on the oranges and golden yellows of fall. Then we can soak in the beauty of even autumn. Thank you for sharing. Florida is where you are? I have not experienced its various seasons. Only visited it once – and it was early fall more than a decade ago.

Spring is my favorite season! Everything is new and bright…full of hope. Weβve been having the most beautiful Spring ever! The entire month of April had warm temperatures except for the past four days of rain and cold. But we really needed the rain. This coming week should be back to warm temperatures and sun. Yay! Enjoy your Springtime, Ma! π

The season changing to spring has allowed me to step outside and use nature as a break from all the crap about the virus. I sit in my backyard and enjoy the early flowers and the occasional humming bird. Spring brings hope.

Yes, I agree: Spring brings Hope! I sit in my dining room and watch the robins come and go from the nest they built on the light fixture just outside the window. What fun! This monogamous pair are so attentive to the baby robins, taking turns feeding them. I love it!
