Great question and post! The quotes are so meaningful. I think, I would either spend it one of two ways but both involve the people I love, food and good wine! Before the pandemic, I would have said staying home, watching my favourite movies with my family and friends, eating and drinking my favourtie food and wine. Now, I might say a big party doing the same things with music and dancing just to be out like that again one more time
