Embrace Effervescence

Don’t you love that word?
Effervescence is bubbly;
Bubbly is delight.

So, smile, Bob!

Bubbles bring smiles –
They bring us celebrations.
We hear them giggle.

Effervescence helps
Make water taste lots better.
See our Soda Stream?

It is our new toy;
Changes our pure well water
Into bubbly treat.

Yes, I know the “J”
In Montana Majesty
Is replaced by “G”

That’s because MAGIC
Is the root word intended
Montana’s MAGIC!

And this new machine
Changes water magically
Into a great treat.

See the bubbles?

We have a dear friend
Whose special name is Sparkles;
She’s effervescent!

She lights up a room
Whenever she enters it –
Effervescent friend:

Like the fire there,
Her light is warm and friendly.
Have you such a friend?

What else in your life
Sparkles with effervescence?
Water, friends, and what?

The faith that’s in me
Sparkles with the love of Christ.
Bravely let it out!

I share the Good News
Through my blog and with my life.
It’s my Bubble Source!

EMBRACE EFFERVESCENCE!!

  1. Loved this post! You my dear are EFFERVESCENT 🀍😁🀩🌻

  2. I do have a friend that I would describe as effervescent. Her positive outlook even in trials is a wonderful example for me. Our temperaments are almost opposite. She’s a detail-oriented extrovert. I’m a conceptual introvert. For some reason, God put us together as friends and made us both stronger for it.

    • Opposites attract. Here’s proof… and the ways in which we are different help us complement one another. Isn’t that wonderful? <3

  3. Great post Jan! Try blowing giant bubbles with a large 8 or 10 inch hoop. So much fun! Maybe we could change This Little Light of Mine to This Little Bubble of mine!! :>)

  4. Woot, woot, a piccy of Bob in the bath! lol πŸ˜„
    There’s so much food for thought in this post, Jan. Throughout today, I’ll be thinking of what and who makes me sparkle. You, of course, are included! πŸ™Œ

  5. “Effervescence is bubbly;
    Bubbly is delight.”
    Yes!

  6. You are always bubbly, Jan. Did Bob wake up?

    • Yes, Derrick… And he was 100% relaxed. Have you experienced that kind of pampering?

      • Not for many years. I haven’t been able to get in and out of a bath since my hip and knees needed replacement. I am happy with showers, though. πŸ™‚

      • Yup, showers are our preferred way, too. That was Bob’s first bath since he was a kid, I think! But sometimes, our bodies just need that extra pampering. Sorry about the knees and hips limiting your ability to climb in and out. But there are worse fates, aren’t there? πŸ˜‰

      • There certainly are. We adapt πŸ™‚

  7. Beautiful blog

  8. Don Ho’s classic song reminds me to appreciate life’s little joys. A whole lot of tiny bubbles over a lifetime keep giving back, long after the disappear. Tell Bob he definitely found his peaceful place.
