Embrace Blooming

Let’s embrace blooming –
Both the blooming of flowers
As well as ideas.

Let’s embrace blooming –
Blooming of plants and ideas
As well as people.

Let’s embrace blooming –
Blooming of people today;
The world needs blossoms!

Charles StanleyIn Touch Magazine cover

One is fully bloomed –
One is on its way to bloom –
A couple are curled.

To fully open,
We must face toward the Son Light.
Do not turn away!

You, too??

Blossoms need sunlight.
We need the light of the Son
In order to bloom.

Isaiah 35:1-2a

“The desert and the parched land will be glad;
the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom;
It will rejoice greatly and shout for joy.”

Your soul will sparkle;
It will bloom and grow in love
If you walk humbly.

As long as Christ leads
We can make it all the way;
We can bloom and thrive.

Let your blossoms dance!
Follow in obedience.
Let your spirit shine.

My choice for the look alike contest.
Don’t you love those smiles?
“Smilers never lose, and frowners never win.”
Listen to the song below!!

Your smile’s contagious
When you blossom from inside.
Let’s Embrace Blooming!

You deserve this award!

Your blogging sparkles
And your face reflects the Son.
You’re brilliant and bright!

Fertilize others
With words of encouragement.
Continue to bloom!

  1. Oh Jan, this post had me smiling and my heart bubbling over with joy! It’s difficult to choose a favourite post from all the ones you offer us, but this one is definitely way up there. I love the symptoms meme and the Marty Feldman lookalike had me laughing out loud. I remember him from the t.v. when I was growing up. He really was so funny. And thank you for the glorious pictures of the flowers . . . even if we can’t feel it, spring is just round the corner.
    May the Sonlight shine on you always! 🌱🌷🌼🌞💖🙏🙌

    • {{{Lesley}}} your comment made my day! You know as a blogger it is nice to have people drop by and click a like, but there is nothing that compares with an affirmative comment like yours <3 Thank you so much! I am glad my Boston look-alike brought about a lol … and the flowers brought you an early touch of sping. We can all use that right now. It was -17 here yesterday as I was ushering sprigtime into my blog! Happy Valentine's Day, sweet friend. May it be filled with love <3 and hugs ;o)

      • Jan, I thank YOU. I look upon your blog as a safe and happy place to be . . . and I sent this one to my daughter. She’s not on WordPress and neither is she a Christian, but she’s the kindest of people so full of compassion and she appreciates sharing of joy.
        Minus 17! And here’s me thinking we’re badly off at about -9. According to the forecast, it’s supposed to get mild and sunny this week . . . I’m looking out of the window at freezing fog just now. Hmmmm, will have to wait and see what happens. We do have Snowdrops though. 😍

      • Thank you for sharing my blog with your daughter. I am honored. <3

  2. Who can’t feel uplifted after reading this post! There is much, very much of life for each of us to embrace. God’s grace and peace lights the way for you and Bob.

  3. A gorgeous post Jan! Bloom where you are planted and let the Son light fill your soul! Love the flowers and faces!!

  4. You took me clear back to the 50s with the McGuire Sisters!!
