Move to Montana
Where deer and antelope play
Live in Paradise
This buck greeted us
As we traveled to Jeffers
Enjoying our friends
Hors d-oeuvers, smoked chicken
Wonderful conversation
Such beautiful views
Enjoying silence
Looking out from the front porch
Relishing summer
Doe with her two fawns
Sauntered across open field
Fish jumped in the pond
The Madison Range
In its shades of gray and blue
Was mesmerizing
Trees line the river
Cattle graze on the green grass
Thunder calls us home
Storm is a comin’
Better go and get tucked in
Wake fresh in the morn
Say a prayer to God
Ask Him to help you find peace
Rest in Paradise
Rest in warmth, my friends.
I hope a glimpse of my day
Brought you peace tonight.
See you tomorrow.
Sleep tight!
Love, JanBeek

A fine set of haikus
Thank you, Derrick.
The poetry is excellent … but those photos! I’m all for packing my bags and setting off for Montana. You’re right, Jan, it IS just as I imagine Paradise to be. Goodnight Jan. 😀 xx
Thank you, Lesley. Let me know when you’re ready for a visit … as soon as we are safe to travel again.
You might not get rid of me! 😂 x
Beautiful Jan, thank you!
Thank You, Fran. It was such a beautiful Sunday, wasn’t it? I loved seeing you – and being able to chat in person. Have a Wonderful Week 👍🏽🙏🏽❤️
Thank you for visiting JanBeek and leaving your comment, Fran. I appreciate you and love you bunches. <3
Such a beautiful place! André and I are also enjoying beautiful places. We traveled by motorcycle from Switzerland to Italy back to Switzerland and then back to Italy all in one afternoon! We’re sleeping in Silandro tonight (near Merano). Tomorrow we will travel to Austria to spend the evening with Michel, Aurore, and her daughters who are there for the week on vacation. I’m sure it’ll be fun!
Under the Big Sky
Living in God’s paradise
Never a bad day!
Thanks Jan! You are working overtime in reminding me of the treasures found in Montana. Peace be with you and Bob.
Beautiful Haiku. Thank you, Richard. I’m glad my blog helped you recall memories of MT beauty. 👍🏽❤️
