Jan, you did a lovely job putting together today’s message. You and I love the same pictures from Bob’s and my trip up the Madison Range and yes, that first one is a keeper. I took some photography classes here in town last year and learned the most about composition and “filling the frame” from the renowned Gerry Mooney. Gerry is a photo-journalist and tries to tell stories with one shot…like the one of the sign and the elevation…
I-Phone 6 is the phone I used for these shots and it did a great job.
Praise God for His glory in creation and may we all be the stewards He calls us to be!
Ah, I see the evidence of your classes with Gerry. I have taken a class from him, too. But my iPhone6 doesn’t take the same kinds of photos yours does! 🙂 It has to do with your artist’s eye! And your answer to that call to stewardship!
So much love, Jan. I have a question for you. =) My mom calls her twin sister every morning at ten and every night at seven. They have been best friends for 82 years. My aunt was my lifelong correspondent. For about a year now, her body has been weakening but her spirit is so bright. Mom spends at least 30 minutes 2x a day with her sister, reading her uplifting things, telling her news of the family. If it’s okay with you, Jan, I’d love to start sending your poems to my mom so she can read them to my aunt. Thank you for all your wonderful comments Jan. I am so happy our Bob is doing better. Cleve keeps having trouble with his breathing and lungs still. We are keeping the faith and keeping our chins up.
